Jacob did an outstanding job of explaining everything as well as being professional and friendly! He did not try to upsell me as many companies will sometimes do. Door Pros were excellent. The workers were courteous and extremely knowledgeable. They fixed the sliding door quickly and were on their way. I would certainly call on them again and in fact have asked for an estimate on my garage door as a result of their initial work.
